D3 coaches provide 6 x one-on-one coaching sessions for senior hires, helping them navigate the onboarding process effectively. We focus on key areas such as clarifying job expectations, introducing company culture, establishing connections with their peers, and setting realistic goals. Through personalised guidance, we foster a sense of belonging and accelerate the integration of new employees into organisations.
The relationship between our D3 Coach and the new hire will be confidential, but we will work alongside organisations to ensure alignment.
We will provide 3 one-on-one coaching sessions during the notice/garden leave period and 3 one-on-one coaching sessions once they are onboard.
