Removed from your normal environment, you will step into the immersive habitat of Phinda Game Reserve – your outdoor classroom for reflection and reset.

You will:

  • Examine how high-performing systems operate under pressure
  • Explore the balance between competition, collaboration and survival
  • Identify your leadership patterns, blind spots and default behaviours

Each session strengthens how you lead across your:

  • People
  • External relationships
  • Strategic priorities

You will return with:

  • Greater confidence in ambiguity
  • Sharper judgement under pressure
  • A more grounded, human leadership approach
  • Clear actions to implement immediately
