D3 was formed in 2023 with the aim of challenging and influencing the way business and business leaders think about multi-generational and multi-cultural workplaces and developing the next generation of leaders, capable of delivering long term, sustainable success. Leadership is developing an awareness of both ourselves and others. It is about understanding the impact that our behaviours have on individuals and the work environment and embedding skills and behaviours that create the ability to influence and lead, whatever the situation. We work with our clients to deliver programmes that are designed to meet the needs of both the business and the individual and support all levels of the organisation. Our team has significant global leadership, management and coaching experience, spanning a wide range of commercial sectors. These include financial services, media and the armed forces.
